Every customer is important and we guarantee your complete satisfaction. Please  mail us at if you have a question regarding an order. We gladly accept returns within
30 days of purchase for refund, credit or replacement.

Ordering is easy! You do not need to register to place an order, though you may choose to, as this will allow
for a quicker ordering process on  on-line and over the phone.

Ordering Over the Phone:
We are open Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time-EST). We are open every
weekday except for some major holidays. We will be happy to assist you with your order.

Our standard shipping methods include Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service, and UPS Ground
Service. The expected time for delivery for most packages within the continental United States is between
2 to10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: We also offer the expedited UPS services of one business day, two business days
and three business days, guaranteed services. Requests for an expedited service is handled the same
business day provided the order is received before noon (EST). Orders received after noon will be
processed the next business day. The rates on these expedited services are based on the weight of the
order and standard shipping rates do not apply. The cost for these services will be verified on the second
page of the check out form, before the credit card number is entered or charged. UPS packages can be
tracked. Please call us to track your UPS package, if you so require.

International Shipping: We ship internationally, to most countries. We ship all international packages by the
United States Postal Service. Shipping charges shown on the website are available within the continental
United States only. You will be emailed, within one business day, a confirmation of the actual shipping
charges. You will not be charged until the shipping charge has been confirmed by you. These orders are
subject to applicable duties and taxes, and appropriate customs clearing fees. The customer is
responsible for these fees. The customer is also responsible for return shipping to us in the USA if order is
refused due to unexpected custom or duty fees.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please inquire with
us regarding shipping rates, as they tend to vary. Please also note that UPS guaranteed 3-day service is
not available to these areas.

Wholesale Customers
Wholesale accounts are made available to Health Care Practitioners who intend to use our products in
their practice and/or resell them to their clients. We also offer Wholesale accounts to Health Spas, Retail
Stores and Manufacturers that are Herbal and/or Ayurvedic in nature. If you wish to apply for a Wholesale

All Wholesale orders are subject to a $100.00 minimum and shipping charges always apply.

All orders must be pre-paid with a Credit Card or check.

Products are guaranteed to be of the freshest and highest quality available. We think you'll be delighted
with any of our products. However, if for some reason you're not, simply return the unopened or partially
used product along with your receipt-letter within 30 days of your receiving the product, and we'll credit your
charge card or refund your check or money order. Sorry, no refunds on empty bottles or packages. There
will be no refund whatsoever if products are returned in a damaged condition. If package is returned, all
other costs are refunded except minimum shipping and handling levies.
